Goal

One of the largest garden center chains in the U.S. has planned a customer loyalty program by equipping all high-value plants with sensors.

The aim of the project is to "connect" customers and their plants and to provide them with active added value through timely and regionally appropriate advice.

Approach

All plants with a value over $300 - as part of the active customer loyalty program - are shipped with sensor (with customers' consent).

Result

Customer loyalty programs are optimized, customers can be advised in real time. Via the FLORJA CRM platform, it is possible both to service statutory warranty claims faster and to offer added value to customers via services and products.
